1. Clean and dry nails; push cuticles back. 2. Apply one stroke of Pop Culture nail lacquer down the center of the nail, followed by one stroke along each side of the nail. Smooth the surface of the nail with a final stroke of the brush. 3. Apply a second coat of nail lacquer and let dry a few minutes, until the gloss turns into an effervescent finish. 4.
