Grown at over 3,000 feet in the foothills of the Alps, in the Provence region of France, this atmospheric oil is ideal for use in aromatherapy when diffused. It has 44% linalyl acetate content, which indicates superior quality. Its overall ester content is 50-50%, which gives it a gentle, grounded, and herbaceous aroma. Blends Well With: Grapefruit, Eucalyptus, Lime. Botanical Name: Lavandula angustifolia (formerly officinalis). Country of Origin: France. Part of Plant Used: Flowering tops. Method of Extraction: Steam distillation. Aroma and Appearance: Fresh, sweet, floral, herbaceous, and slightly fruity. It is clear with a tinge of yellow.

This is a natural essential oil produced by steam DISTILL- distillation of the bio-mass of lavender flowers and consist of Terpenes, terpene alcohols and esters-principally linalyl Acetate.
