Skin feels more resilient and smooth to the touch, the perfect base for all types of makeup. Not intended for surface hydration, so an additional moisturizer must be used. Cleanse and tone. Apply Cellex-C® Advanced-C Serum or Serum for Sensitive Skin (If using Skin Tightening Cream apply Skin Hydration Complex first). Squeeze 2-3 drops of Skin Hydration Complex into palm and blend the gel over the face and neck in a smooth upward direction. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Follow with a moisturizer of choice.
