Customized training delivered to your spa.

Now you can have the training you need, the way you want it, and where and when you need it.

We start by conducting a Needs Assessment, listening carefully to your specific challenges. We then match your specific needs with our network of educators who will create a customized curriculum just for your spa. Your educator will deliver the training in one of two ways:

1) Hands-On Training at Your Spa

Your trainer will contact you to prearrange the details and then travel to your facility to conduct hands-on training for your staff. Custom hands-on training is $750.00 per day, and includes all travel expenses within the continental US when scheduled at least 21 days in advance.

2) Training Via Video Conference

A phone line and computer are all you need to conveniently and affordably provide the training you need to your staff. Your trainer will customize your program and deliver it in one-hour segments at the time you designate. Up to 100 of your staff may call into the private number to receive the training.

Customer webinar training is $100.00 per hour of training.
